Elevé en cuve ovoïdale pendant de longs mois afin de maintenir les lies en suspension, ce chenin de macération pélliculaire est élevé "à la manière d'un vin rouge". Pomodor vous séduira par sa fraicheur, ses arômes complexes d'orange amer, de raisins confits, de coing, de pommes tapées, mais également de par sa richesse.
