Cette cuvée, produite sur une sélection parcellaire de notre domaine, se veut rafraîchissante et flatteuse, tant par ses arômes que son équilibre. La Loire, ce fleuve royal, a de telles incidences sur l'ensemble des vins du Val de Loire, qu'il était impossible d'oublier son rôle dans notre terroir. Cette cuvée lui rend donc hommage, autant pour sa présence physique que pour les vents qu'elle détourne et nous envoie balayer nos vignes et nos coteaux.
